Hello Sir..Little curious to know why no inflation layer has been taken in meshing?.Also is it possible to get any material pertinent to flow in vertical pipe?

Hi, thanks for the video. There might be a problem defining water as the fluid inside the pipe. You selected water in the "Materials" section. Still, you didn't choose it in the "Cell Zone Conditions" section. So, the fluid inside the pipe is the air, not water.

Good!

red color indicates 0.13m/s, not 1.3 m/s. it is in center of pipe.
The input velocity 0.1m/s is average velocity.

Thanks lot!.

pls make a tutorial on airborne dust simulation in tunnel!

Thank you very much for this video, and I wish there was an educational video on the channel on designing fluid flow inside a pipe that contains a narrowing in the middle

Dear Sir, I have one question about the in inlet and outlet boundary conditions. The molten salt enter a pipe with 5m lenght and 20mm diameter and 500k . The pipe is made of stainless steel. The heat flux is 800,000kW/m2. So how much should be the inlet flow rate up to we receive the outlet tempereture 800K. It will be highly appreciated when you guide e the boundary conditions in inlet and outlet in such a case. Thank you.
