I lost my 21 year old cat 6 months ago and I’m not even close to being over it. I keep randomly crying.

we have a hemmingway cat, but we just call him weird. his thumbs are like whole mini paws. he also has a unusually thin coat, i think ti's missing a layer, bc he's sooooo soft like a bunny but he's always cold. he's the cuddliest cat we've ever had, a thief of warmth. and he has the most canny, human eyes. absolutel some genetic weirdness with this house panther.

I had a cat who lived to be 23. She had been abandoned on the side of a rural highway. I was walking, and she was sitting on a boulder by the road, crying her little kitten lungs out. She was a sweet and gentle soul. If I hadn't happened by, I doubt she would have live for more than another day or two.

One of my cats has lasted for me for only 15 1/2 years after being stray and I estimate her age 16-17 but tomorrow is her last day due to fatal disease. That is my record because my cats have often passed at no later than 12-13. In majority of cases from cancer. Several strays lived really old but of indeterminate age due to being stray adults. My mom thinks it is from suspicious cat food ingredients. Maybe so.

Boomer's dad was not having a slow day! He's a professional trainer proving that cats can do major tricks; not just high fives and play dead! Before Boomer, his sister Didga (a shelter cat) was trained to do some serious parkour and her videos are a wonder to behold! I used to volunteer at a place called oasis animal rescue and there was a cat named Hemingway he was black an White tuxedo cat and had thumbs I didn't know this lil fact about Hemingway but now it makes sense why they named it that😂

My 5lbs girl "Chase" was an adoptee , she didn't do dogs.... Period! I could only name her Chase because she didn't do dogs. She would attack any dog that got to close to the family. The biggest pitbull I've ever seen, ever, was destroyed by my 5lbs girl. She tore that pitbulls face off, the owner was bloody and the dog was squealing. I told the owner do not come into my campsite with that dog. He didn't listen and they both paid. Our of nowhere she would attack . Devastating attacks. Any dog anywhere. Chase just didn't do dogs.... Period! Most living sweet little family protector. Will miss her

My mom had a cat that was discovered with two sets of feet on his front legs. One set had to go because the vet said they could abscess, so he always walked a little off kilter. He had a very loud meow that we later found out was indicitive of being a Siamese, which he didn't look like at all. His meow was so loud that at one point someone called the cops on my grandma because they thought she was mistreating a baby!
