ОтветитьI'm having oedema in my feet, hands and eyes. By the end of this exercise I felt nausea and to cry. I guess it's a good thing.

It was great how it felt like we really were building the practice and the poses from the ground up; I appreciated starting on the ground and working our way to our feet. Perfect for the morning and a great start to the day! Also-- loved the comment on how our natural state is one of balance and feeling good in the body. So true! <3

And I loved the shoulder hug thing and thought to myself, I am going to replace her knocking on heaven’s door with this as that makes me dizzy. So stuck with the shoulder hug when you continued into Knocking on Heaven’s door. I have no idea if my lymphatic system needed this, but I feel fantastic. Thank you, Adrienne.
ОтветитьAdriene, I love how you interpret using smaller parts of the anatomy connecting with to desired positions. Very, very helpful. At 61 I still think I' an athlete. Doing sessions before any training is amazing - I wish I would have had this when I was decades younger! It's truly like discovering joy in getting fit.

Ответить6 through,my ears started to ring and i felt spacey i sat down for a few minutes and after it passed i felt great! And carried on. I dont know if this is normal. But i feel way better. Thank you!
ОтветитьI have a cold (don't worry- its a tiny one and I think I got over the peak within 24 hours!) and I can never stand how blah I feel. This practice very much reset me and I feel more like a functioning person and in my body again. And slightly less congested honestly lol

Ответитьtoday is my first full month challenge completed! I had to share as ive been practicing every day for 6 weeks. I rewarded myself on the last day of the month with this great practice. I'm a woman who always has had pretty consistent abdominal cramping, especially around my period when it gets dibilitating! this is the first month in my life where I haven't experienced any cramping at all. I'm completely amazed and so grateful for my dedication to getting on the mat every day. My next goal is 6 months, then 1 year. thank you!!
ОтветитьI'm sick with a stuffy nose and so came here to feel a bit better. Was so surprised to feel my nose opening up or blocking again as I moved through the poses, and overall now after the practice I can breathe a lot easier! 🙏
