Sorry but this is not working now, Oct 2022. The flag is still here but disabling it does not work.

This only works on Chrome BETA.

Didn't work, and yes I followed the instructions. I disabled the tab hover option months if not years ago and they came back recently even with flags tab hover DISABLED.
