5.1 Remote Access in Windows Server 2016 (Explained)

I have setup windows server 2012 at home which hold my 2 sites. At my school I have 6 laptops that access this site. I am unsure why, but at times the server crashes and I get 503 error. Because I am at the school I cannot reset the server without going home, so I was wondering if there was a way I could access and reset the server from my school. Also what causes the 503 when I only have like 6 computers at most accessing it at the same time. Thanks!

Direct Access usually need a proper PKI set up for it to check in with the certificate before laptop can even connect.

I Have a problem with my Windows server 2016 Remote Access
I already installes Remote Access Services and configured L2TP VPN Server.
And remote client connects perfectly to the VPN Server .
The problem is that the remote computer cannot open the server to access the shared folders on the server.
Noting that I tried to ping the server IP and its replying back
Kindly gide me how to solve this problem.
