How We Play is an initiative produced by She's4Sports and Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities that includes digital content and YouTube video interviews featuring women across the sport landscape.

Episode 3 features Erin Ashley Simon, Gaming & Entertainment Host and Co-owner of XSET.
The former D1 soccer athlete has charted an exciting career in broadcasting, Esports and is also a business owner. When Erin is not discussing trends in Esports and hosting live gaming events with celebrities including T-Pain, she teaches media classes to girls and uses her platform to advocate for BIPOC and 2SLGBTQ+ participation in gaming.
