ESO - 2023 Complete Beginner's Guide!

Hi mate, great video. I have played ESO on and off sporadically. I have never played with a group of people and its felt a bit lonely sometimes. I think this is why I tend to stop playing, is there a fans guild or anything like this I could join?

Who the hell is leveling from 1-50 in a day? It took me 7 hours to get to level 15 and I have a job lol

Just a tip but console players who buy this as disc version (or maybe disc even exists for pc aswell idk) sometimes get a code with their game which includes that crown pack that allows you to play every race on every alliance

Before I watch. Is the game good to play in couple ? (quest sharing without issues, etc ... ) We do not intend to play in a guild or anything like that just both of us.

Many thanks. Great content. Just confirmed that this game, however full of fun, it's quite expensive for "rest of the world" economies :( Without ESO Plus it's a struggle. Crafting bag is highly unfair against other users. Especially since they paid for the game itself. I get DLC, special offers, etc, but this one brakes most of the fun :(

Instead of asking if you wanna do the tutorial or skip, the game should instead ask if you wanna do it in order or not.

Gamers make for the absolute worst consumers. I find it completely ridiculous to spend so much money on random loot.

I deleted my first lvl 50 character from 2016 (got to 50 then stopped) when I return this year. Had a solo guild and good a good crafter. Didn't know how important he was☹

The Seals of Endeavor were put into the game after Belgium banned the sale of crown crates, loot crates and the like in games as it was seen as a gateway to gambling for children. Which, lets face it, it is. Some other countries have followed our example. We can earn crates via say Twitch drops, but we can't buy them. ESO put in the seals of endeavor so we Belgians could, with time and effort, at least get some of the stuff from the crates.

I've been playing ESO on Playstation for a number of years now and switched to PC recently. Nevertheless I still found this guide useful and in fact found a few really helpful tips. So thanks for taking the time to make this guide, really appreciate the work that you put in to.

I dont really care about pvp or group dungeons. I just want to play this game solo or with one or two friends like I would play skyrim and just enjoy the story and role playing. I’ll propably buy all extensions but my question is do I need the eso+ subscription if I just want good story experience with my friends? The monthly fee is really offputting for me and the sole reason I dont play mmo:s. Thank you for answering

EDIT: I found an addon working for gamepad mode and TTC! It's called IsJusta Gamepad Tamriel Trade Center Plugin

I actually watched all this and learned a lot. I'm not exactly new but I am a casual play who comes back every like 6 months to play a bit. I honestly only ever got one character to 50 and little over 160cp so i'm not too experienced. I know all basics but i did pick up a lot in the video. Only thing bothering me at the moment is I can only play controller due to issues with my hands and I found gamepad mode on with an xbox controller works perfectly for me, i've been doing well in dungeons as well as pretty much everything else, only time i need to use mouse is in main menu to enter game. however some addons just simply don't work with game pad. For example the trading addon TTC, it is completely useless for me sadly, Seeing this part of video talking about addons made me sad as I now remember why i got so annoyed last time I played, many good addons don't work. For example I tried downloading the trading addon, and none of tool tips work unless i turn off game pad mode. I downloaded optional game-pad addon and it doesn't work because Lib file is missing from addon manager, i found that person who makes addon provided google drive file for it but when installed it breaks game completely so no menu's work. So I cannot use the trading addon. I don't know if there is another trading addon that works with game pad but this is what really kind of bums me out, is i am missing out on things other people get with addons. I can't play mouse and keyboard due to my carpal tunnel issue and lose of functionality in some fingers. I do prefer to use mouse in menu's but this game it's one or other, you can't have both which also makes me sad. I just don't understand why they made it so addons only work in PC mode not gamepad. so annoying!!!

What about compagnon? Ive heard i can get them without dlc? When i try to start their quest it doesnt work
