So sad, I did not get visit visa approval yesterday...
I only want to travel for tourism... I can't stay in the US for long period because I don't know anyone there... I'm single and living with friends and other family members in the country where I am working for 15 years...
After a couple of questions he refused. 😢

USCIS keeps us in the dark. They have my mother's B extension application, I got my receipt number, looks like that's it.

Hello,I have this question that I want to ask, after felling my DS160 I indicated that I had not traveled before, and before my interview, I happened that have to travel to a neighboring country, can I still go back and update my DS160 form?

I have the means to finance myself for a while and I'd love to go to the US and stay as long as I'm allowed with strict plans, just go and stay at random hotels as I go, I wonder if it is possible if I were to for example print out my business reports and study history to show I have a stable business and study back at home. My B1/B2 Visa Interview is scheduled for the third week of December 2023 and I have plans to travel to the US in May 2024, for about 2 weeks. But the issue is, my Passport expires in August 2024, i.e two months after I have returned from my trip from the US. Should I be renewing my passport before the Visa interview or after my Visa Interview? Will this affect my chances of not getting the Visa approved? Please help me with this.

I overstayed my US tourist visa 19 years ago (so the 10 year ban is well expired). Last year, I applied for a Tourist visa, it was unfairly denied ( not even if I've been banned for life).
I'm now dating a US citizen. She lives in Italy and so do I. My gf went to the US twice in her life (w her family). I've recently found out that She was born in the US (while her parents were visiting the US); she got US passport, her parents moved to Italy when she was a few weeks old. She's been living in Italy her whole life.
If we get married here in Italy, and we opt for not living together (since I work in a hotel that provides me with lodging), can she get me a Visa? so that I can visit the US with or without her.
Or even better, can she get me a Green Card, although we live in Italy?

These two talk a lot but don't give you a specific answer. They are very vague. It's a clever disguise of their company advertisement.

My wife and I are planning to visit my son (a US citizen in California) and his family (wife, two children). I am a UK citizen with a valid ESTA. My wife has a non-biometric Israeli passport. Can she apply for a B1/B2 visa with that? We are aware that she cannot request an ESTA waiver with a non-biometric passport, but she would need to be in Israel for some time to obtain a biometric one, and that is not possible at this time.

I'm Jasvir Singh from ludhiana, Punjab, India. In 2014 I applied USA tourist visa but my application has been refused. I again applied for USA tourist visa on Nov,2014 but this time my file prepared by an agent and he provided me wrong documents with DS-160 ( Appointment Letter) as bank statement, company's letter head & excess amount of salary slip. When I arrived to give interview in US ambassy at Chanakyaputi, Delhi than Counslar said me your docments are fake but I didn't know about my docs b,coz I collected my application file from agent last night at 9:00 pm before going to interview date. I picked up my documents at Ludhiana ,Punjab ,India. I travelled by bus from Ludhiana to Delhi in the night.
When the Counslar said me your documents are fake than they investigated and i told them all the matter and wrote on the blank paper with my signature. After that US Ambassy filled a sue against me & two of more applicant and agent but I don't know both of them. Police arrested us and filled FIR against us but after few months agent also has been arrested by the Delhi police. He is already in prison and all the evidence pointed out against him (agent) and he agreed that he filled the application forms & attached supporting evidences. In 2017 the case against me has been closed and i free from in it.

Moreover, i am an innocent person and i want to travel United States of America b'coz of in- law family is in USA.


My question is if i free from this case than

1. How can I apply for visa? pls suggest me.
2. can I apply for visa of US Ambassy or Candian Ambassy or not?

My brother who live in Spain been denied of visa. He just had his interview recently the problem is the immigration officer didn’t even bother to ask all the documents first before denying his visa. The second time I did apply and booked my interview appointment and nothing yet because my name got missing from the Embassy System for unknown reasons which is best known to them.

Dress smart.
Don’t over talk/answer only what you are been asked.
Have a good ties with your home country.
Lastly don’t use or pay any agent.
