ОтветитьWhen u begin to peak you need to start doing different routines on top of the ones your already doing idk how many of u workout but if u continue to do the same workout over and over u begin to see diminishing returns on how much muscle you gain in comparison to the workout so u have to increase the intensity to see gains

Ответитьto me people are using aim lab in the wrong way don't read if you play valorant or cs it will not be interesting for you ! when people put their sensitivity in aim lab they put the hipfire one wich is understandable but what you are trying to do is using your ads sens logic but i feel like most people think that just activating uniform soldier aim gives them the same sens when ads but it doesn't it depends on the % you put like 133 or 178 or even 0 and it even depends on the game so when your on aim lab and you try to train your flicks or target switches or even tracking try to put the same sens as your ads because it doesn't make sens to play with your hipfire one when 95% of the time you will shoot while ads so try it i think it might help and give me feedback if you can because i never heard anyone talk about it .
