ОтветитьSir how moni long ,,and how moni wedi,,the blade,,pleas "rfly sir
ОтветитьVary Wil done great work and smart 🧠 🧠 man
ОтветитьBravoooooooó
ОтветитьI would have used this blade as a plug for a carbon fibre mould. As it is, it's way to heavy and would be very hard to balance.
ОтветитьLemme know when you're gonna swing those blades around so I can get out of that plane
ОтветитьHmm. Great home imagination. Wonder how they performed?
ОтветитьVery novel construction. Great workmanship. I am though surprised that the trailing edge skins are not mechanically fastened, relying on adhesive only, but being a free-edge and prone to flutter, at leat a rivet at the tip, and a few other radial places? The root of course is dealt with by the incidence control plate.
ОтветитьBack in the war the women folk made the rotors but we had to stop that cause the rotors kept making a nagging and iching sound giving away our position .
ОтветитьWhat could be the price of the blade if I buy it?
ОтветитьCrazy cool
Ответитьسلام ، آیا تمام فلزهای لوله ، میله و صفحه از جنس آلومینیوم است ؟ یا از آهن هم استفاده کردید ؟
ОтветитьBeyond my skill and endurance level. A&P and Commercial Rotorcraft. Mucho admiration.

ОтветитьJust a single bolt to hold the blade to the Main Rotorhead Mount? I'll check those bolts before every single flight, just for a good measure.
ОтветитьCan I make such blades? I am from Yemen
ОтветитьAWESOME… now I know how it’s done…. Thank you 🙏👍

The one suggestion that comes to mind is that you should have made a 3 blade and use it for load and stress tests.
ОтветитьA very interesting video. I was wondering if, when you were finding the blade CoG, was if in the same position for both blades, as in the same distance from the leading edge and from the root and tip, for ultimate balance?
Also, having one end cap painted say white to help with blade tracking and a reference for which blade holder that it's fitted too.
