Customizing Your Page Background on Wix Website Builder | Wix Tutorial

How do you create a border around the page that will also be around all strip and section backgrounds? Doesn't seem possible to me.

I cannot get the first screen to pop up. I already designed most of my websits and the option to change the background won't come up when I right click anywhere

scale the image for you my ass...nothing is scaled right...no pic retains it size...lot of headaches with this sitebuilder

Is it possible to add an overlay pattern on your background image. Example: maybe a shape pattern.
