13.6 Support Tier List - League of Legends

i really disagree with the bard counter list. as a 400k bard main, matchups like blitz and rell are easilly winnable because you just outscale them very early, like rell vs bard stops being a chanp after lvl 4. blitz becomes shit at lvl 6. you cam negate everything those champs do jf you play correctly. champs like brand are free lane for bard imo since if you just dont get poked out early, you will be really strong vs him later and if you have a good carry you could easilly kill them 2v2. champs like thresh are kinda difficult to play against because a good thresh will know how to play vs yoj and always keep the lantern for your ult so he didabled half of your kits uses. imo bards worst lane matchups would be zilean and thresh and then maybe enchanters like janna, lulu, soraka, maybe milio but haven't really played vs a good one yet. havent really played vs heimer either but i imagine he would be quite annoying, but you could adapt yourself to him. imo the only games you should lose on bard are games where you have blatant inters and games where they pick zilean or thresh or soraka and they just outperform you by default.

What happened to Maokai? He was in another tier list I watched from you. I still like playing him support. Is he bad now? (also I just started the video so if you talk about him there I will remove)

i mostly play rakan and rell but i also play a lot of galio supp, is he technically good i think his roams are great and into heavy ap hes rly good

Is Thresh still best of patch if you are a silver support?

From my experience so far I'd mostly agree with you. Thresh is a perma ban for me just because he has too much atm.
What I don't necessarily agree with on a first glance is the Lulu so far down. While she struggles in laning phase vs things like the blitzcrank, level 6 her polymorph and Hugify bring so much disengage and versatility that it is impossible for things like the rakan to find a good proper engage.
Not to mention synergies with Jinx, Zeri, Varus, Twitch, which are all meta champs rn.
Other than that, I fully agree with your list.

The tierlist is very nice but all the champions that exist require you to play with an intelligent adc, and if you are from platinum or below you will not find it, so it is of little use to me that annie full shields is tier S if your adc is shit on top, to get out of the well none of those champions are worth it I need a support champion with which I can kill and that the enemy team is always with one less player as soon as possible to win all the battles
