I think there's a lot of HCU fallout that's hurting good creators right now but a newspaper just selling blog space to the highest bidder shouldn't win because they have authority. I'd love to see someone do a deep dive on Forbes like this... I feel like their traffic exploded but it just seems like a massive affiliate site now.

I made a choice a long time ago, I do not click on ads in Google, as it was way too easy to exploit and not something that I trusted.

The fall? You mean Google hit the biggest few sites that were exploiting it, but gave a MASSIVE boost to sites like Reddit, LinkedIn and even some foreign news sites.

Parasite SEO is far from dead, and the "rise" was just an algorithm giving authority even more preferential treatment... This is one of the issues I have with people covering topics they aren't involved in or knowledgeable about.

Just to let you know parasite SEO still works and we are still doing it very successfully, and please don't consider ahref as legit source for checking Website traffic literally they don't know shit we checked traffic for some of our parasite Links on ahref and it show Huge drop after august but in our google analytics the traffic from those link actually increased 10x
