Thx so much looked through many vids but couldn't find what I need this vid was the only one which worked and I dont even have fusion I use the built in fusion tab and still worked

So do you need to download fusion as well?

I'm lost on the color part. I add the radial blur, then change the border to reflect. The problem is when I do the smooth strength and it applies it to the whole video instead of how you had it increasing and decreasing. I'm doing everything in the video (I think, but I cant get it to only blur during the cuts.

Can you make an updated version of this, im trying to get into "Fan Edits" on DaVinci and this is the perfect tutorial but some settings and such are outdated. Possibly with a voice over. (I can do the voice over if you prefer to not put your own voice out there)
