Getting below error while running elasticsearch.bat

when i type localhost:9200, it says This site can't be reached, localhost refused to connect.

I have downloaded and extracted elasticsearch and when I run the batch file "elasticsearch.bat' I am getting the following error.

"\Common was unexpected at this time."

Please help

Solved:

By editing line 46 of the 'bat' file

'%JAVA%' ==> '!JAVA!'

Hi..thanks for the video I followed your steps but still I am getting this error
