This is some of the tallest, thickest grass I have ever worked with. I spoke to a neighbor about this home and she said someone came and cut the yard ONE TIME a few years ago and NEVER CAME BACK. She said there has been rats & rodents taking over the yard and coming into her lawn, so she was more than happy when I told her I was going to get it cleaned up for the neighborhood!
