That company is a long kept secret for cage builders, I sometimes forget how to spell their name and can’t find their websight till I call my friend that originally told me about them

ОтветитьI’m i the same stitch. I made my own cages with 16ga rabbit wire. Had no idea I’d grow out really large rabbits. Apparently there was a super big NZ in the ancestry. I’ve had 18 # NZ cross that really strains that bottom piece.
BTW, I bought 3’ wide rolls of rabbit wire. Just used all rabbit wire which is good to protect from the local predators. I made the cages out of 3 pieces. Very strong. Domestic dogs really put them to the test. My initial idea was so I could just flip them over when the bottom wore out. And that works out perfectly. But now I’m going to replace them with 14 ga from Klubbertanz.
THe J Clips I originally used were stainless steel, I believe. They caused oxidation a lot sooner than the original 16ga galvanized cage wire would have by itself. This time I’m going to find the galvanized J clips. I’ve seen them online.
