The 4 square meters apartment in Philippines if you rent is like 70 usd a month compared to 1.3k usd in Singapore

Singapore is expensive, in the Czech Republic where I live we earn much less, but in terms of % rent to salary is worse than in SG, it should be measured in % to salary rather than just $ value, They earn more but spend more.
