ОтветитьI absolutely love working out with you guys I made it through the jump squats and the hardest side planks at the end it was so worth it! You guys will always be my mains 🥰🥰🥰🥰 love y’all! I’m a OG subscriber btw I used to buy y’all’s workout plans and they are so worth it!
ОтветитьThis is the first proper workout I have done since I badly injured my shoulder (dislocation and major fracture) in December - obviously had to limit the range of motion for some exercises, adapt others, and replace some with physio exercises but I am so happy to have got through a nearly 30 min workout! Thank you for making and uploading this, I love how varied it was, and your happy energetic mood!

ОтветитьI was like oh pendulum this is going to be easy! I ended up doing low impact hahaha anyone feel the same?? I'm sweating already and I stopped at pendulum to do this (update on how or if I finished later) Edit: I made it!! That was hard haha thanks guys for this workout!! Also one thing:
Kelly: if you want you can do the low impact that's fine
Me: how about if we just skip it altogether? Yeah that's a good idea...
