Without a V-6 like my 2023 4Runner, I would never buy it. Try getting a small town mechanic to fix a problem with the "high tech" 4 cylinder turbo hybrid.
ОтветитьMy wife and I recently tested a new TRD Pro Tacoma with the manual gearbox. It was superb. Any chance Toyota eventually offers it in the 2025 4Runner?
ОтветитьSaying it comes with push button start is like saying it comes with AC... unnecessary
ОтветитьLOVE THE 4RUNNERS FOR LIFE 100%👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾👍🏾
ОтветитьTOYOTA : Thanks for keeping roll down window! ...which has me tilted towards the 4Runner over the new Land Cruiser. (& I own a 100 series 05 LC I bought new, and now drive ❤a '15 LX570. I HATE that Toyota did away with the tailgate in the new LCs. 😢😢. (& I hate they did away with the third row side window vents when moving from the 100 series to the 200 series). This rear window rolling down helps to slightly remedy the loss of those features. TOYOTA: BRING BACK THE TAILGATE!!!! These are adventure/family vehicles, and when the back cargo is full of gear, you need a tailgate to sit, work, and get up to your gear on the roof rack!!!!
ОтветитьEverything you need to know, except what it costs? I will check back with you when you know.
ОтветитьNo v6 I'm out.Its a tacoma with the 4runner body
ОтветитьI just ordered a 2024 so I can still have reliability like my 1996. Keep that 4 banger
ОтветитьI'm driving my 2nd 4Runner (2016 model) and was thinking of buying the 2025 but this is my question.....Is there going to be annual subscription's on the components like the 2025 Camry? If so I may look elsewhere for my next SUV.
ОтветитьMiddle class will never own
ОтветитьI'm going to wait for the 2 cylinder model or the 1 cylinder model to come out.
ОтветитьIs it cheaper or expensive than chinese byd 😂😂😂.. Money concern 😂😂😂
ОтветитьEngine problems ? I’ll wait a few years.
ОтветитьMpg on the limited better be 30+
ОтветитьI have been buying toyota for the last 30 years, no more you can keep your overpriced defective vehicles, tacoma, tundra and here comes the 4runner
ОтветитьHi, can you get the 3rd row in the hybrid option? Thank you
ОтветитьWill the platinum have 3rd row seats?
ОтветитьBad motor, bad gas mileage, bad interior. Fail
Ответитьsuspension seats? I would so get it!
ОтветитьI need to actually sit in the back seat to test it out. That does not look comfortable.
Ответитьno v6 no thanks
Ответитьonly 6000lbs towing ? The Defender is North of 8000 ! And this 2.4 turbo ain't goin past 175K before turbo fails and engine is destroyed. Older 4Runners with 6cyl will double in resell value LOL. This is a big FAIL !
ОтветитьPeople want to know will it keep the V6?
ОтветитьSo a turbo 4 cylinder, which will wear the engine out prematurely.
ОтветитьI didn't know Michael Franzese does car reviews.
ОтветитьIf the new Tacoma and new Tundra are any indication, this new 4runner will be WAY more expensive and WAY less reliable. So sad to see the downturn of this company.
ОтветитьI have owned 3 4Runners from 05, 07, & still have my 09. Toyota just lost one loyal customer because of the 4 banger turbo.
ОтветитьI don’t like how small the taillights look or how squat the upper grill is.
Ответить60,000
ОтветитьI'll keep my gas hog bulletproof 4.0L with the 5 speed auto.
ОтветитьHow come they don't ever have a panoramic sunroof
ОтветитьI have a 25 year old V6 Toyota now. The 4cyl. turbo kills it for me. Otherwise I like it.
Ответитьlast gen looks better.
ОтветитьNo v6... no deal!!
ОтветитьLook at all those holes on the frame that salt can get into and rust wow. doesn't look coated to me, just painted like the old one that rusts underneath like wildfire.
ОтветитьJust what I want retractable rock rails. lol. Snow, mudd and ice on them I am sure will be an issue. My neighbor has the new Capstone Sequioa They are nice but have their own issues. He would not spec one with them after this. I will stick with my 2021 TRD Pro
ОтветитьSo people want this cars for free! Some people say hold on your wallet don’t they want to pay ?
ОтветитьThese damn turbo 4s.
ОтветитьThe only question they had was how much does it cost
ОтветитьWhat is the headroom and legroom on this one. Does it have the same measurements as the 2024 with the sunroof. I am concerned because I am 6’4 and hit the roof when there is a sunroof, I must put the seat all the way down, but still hit the opening between the roof. I sit in a Tacoma, no sunroof and it felt constricted. Any thoughts?
Ответитьthe Tacomas that have the same new engine are having so many issues with engine/transmission failures...hope this is not the case for the 4runner. such a bummer that the rear seats do not fold down flat or near flat. seems to be n 8inch hump...not ideal for a camper build. style over function. heard the mpg is not even that much better
ОтветитьI wish I can afford a Toyota these days
ОтветитьThey replaced the reliable V6 with a little over stressed turbo 4 banger?
No thanks!
That seems under powered. 275 hp how are you supposed to overtake anything?
ОтветитьNOOOOOOO a 4cylinder. By the way the hybrid is still gas. Toyota is having issues with the Tacoma's transmission and driveline issues. So might not be a good time to buy a Toyota for reliability.
Ответитьdon't have a good feeling about a 4cylinder turbo for such a car.
ОтветитьThe price in Canada starts at $54,200 for a 4 banger. They can't even get people to buy the Tundras and Tacomas sitting on their lots because of price and quality issues so good luck Toyota.😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьIt’s basically a Toyota Tacoma with a camper on the back
ОтветитьLooks like the rear seat legroom has shrunk significantly compared to the previous model.
