ladybug armor level 9 sleek is so strong it can be still used in the upper yard with a lifesteal weapon, it mkakes you unkillable

Is it normal i killed of beatle with red ANT club and lady bug armor and i guess 2 lady birb larva taht died to it quite quick in the start only killed 1 so far but it was sorta easy i was Messing up blocking a bit and still won

What do I do if the wack stick thing is about to break and needs glue

Wait no coaltana at all in end game gear?? I thought it was a crazy good weapon?

I’m a new player n don’t know much so thanks for all the great info! Something I figured out that might help u and other players is that when u use a crossbow if u block right after shooting it will cancel out the reload animation and u can instantly shoot again. Hope that helps a little!

How am i supposed to get salt globs for the morning star if that's only accessible from getting an oven which I need Everchar coal for which is located in the west upper yard?

I’d ask, shouldn’t I just upgrade the black ox hammer to fresh and use the salt morning star to take out the black oxes and roly polies because ladybugs are resistant to salty?

If anyone likes two handed weapons, you can get the red ant club not two long after starting which is tier two and will probably get you through most of the game until you get the antlion great sword. Then, if you can complete the challenge for it, use the coaltana. This weapon will send the brood mother to the shadow realm and let you craft the club if the mother demon which is probably the best weapon in the game, especially with the mask and the apex predator mutation.

How am i supposed to get a weapon from end stage 2 to clear the enemies in stage 1??

Personally my combat load out is rosy poly bulky leg plates and breastplate with sleek mask of the mother demon sleek lv 9 and coaltanna salt toenail sword, black ox crossbow, and lastley sour club of the mother demon bc I have not beaten director shmector

If I leveled up my pebler hammer and just completed turning in the gold chip to burdlr should I restart or will the materials to upgrade be easy enough to find?

honestly, it made me a bit confused when you said to use a salty black ox hammer for roly polys and stuff like that. instead, upgrading your hammer to sour will give you a big advantage to director schmector, since his weaknesses are busting and sour. and if you beat him before becoming big, you get the good ending. and whats the point of wasting all that time on upgrading your black ox hammer to salty to kill roly polys, when you can just use a mint mace or the salt morning star.

So far i have reached the termite lair and it still works for me. Killed the broodmother fairly easy. Not sure how long this build will hold up, but it is super fun xD

Overall a great guide! That said, small correction: Mighty Insect Bow lvl7 with hat and candy arrows does NOT kill Scarabs in one shot (or rather, only if you're lucky enough to crit). So you probably want to take a crowssbow instead for that purpose.

Love this guide, might I suggest adding a Ranged/Support set for multiplayer use as well as a tank option for those who aren't the best at perfect blocking therefore need to be tankier.

It was a very good video! One question, if you change a weapon after lv5 (such as the Rusty Spear) by adding a mint type, does it not lose the attack type of the original weapon, i.e. the stabbing effect? It seemed to me that the 2 effects do not stack, i.e. the weapon has either a stabbing or a mint effect. I could be wrong though.

How did you get the sleek set bonus? I ended up getting stylish on my slippers and I have no idea how to change it

Instead of the spear I use my fist with the power drop to kill and bug in less then 10 sec

This is imo not a good guide at all especially when hes ignoring most of the conditions of things like weapons and difficulty hes not thinking about playstyle for you and what yo uh think like for stage 2 you would use ant lion armor with crow bow as the ant lions bonus makes you reload faster

Great guide still holds up for the most part to this day. The only thing is with the new assassin perk the Widow dagger is better then the spear if it's not weak to stabbing.
