I used this advice and now I get 70 from 30 in read aloud.

These tips are great! Another thing that helps me is making weird sounds like "rrrrrrr" "lllllll" "oooo" and moving my mouth before starting the speaking section - like singing preparation. I feel I relax my vocal chords and facial muscles and consequently perform better in the task :)

I think part of my problem was taking into account punctuation or hitting certain inclination in words which may have been seen as a fluency disruption.
