I know this is a feral cat, but expenses like that are the reason I got health insurance for my cats. I never want lack of money be the reason one of them does not get treatment, if necessary.

I lost my cat 4 months ago the wound is still fresh there was absolutely nothing we could do to help him. He had a special place in my heart as he came to me when i was going through depression, he helped me overcome it. It makes me happy and tearup to see other cats surviving. He helped the cat to get a new life. I have so much respect for him. Please keep helping more cats this world needs people like you.

My own PSA here is over the $2,600 price tag.

This same surgery on a human in the United States would be in the tens of thousands of dollars, maybe even top $100K.

You may complain about the cost of veterinary care, but it is FAR cheaper than the same procedure for a human, but requires no less skill and education. Pay it and be thankful they can save your beloved pet.

I find it heartwearming, that one can sense, that he truly loves cats deep within. Everytime he cracks up when something deeply moves him about a story, it shows, that he does not do this mainly for the money, but for the individuals he helps and that it assuring.

I wish the show could have helped pay for the surgery.

In February, my cat Frankie was diagnosed with cancer in her mouth- the amount to remove the abscess was about 5,000 dollars & it wouldn’t even guarantee that she would get better. One month later, I had to put her down Everyday I miss her. She was the best kitty I could have asked for. When they said she had cancer, it hit me so hard. I’m so happy this little kitty was able to make a recovery. ❤

my cat that i had since i was a toddler had gotten the cancer in her jaw, it grew to the point it was gross and painful and she couldn’t eat so we ended up having to put her down in 2020 while i was in a different state visiting family so i never even got to say goodbye.

This is one of my favorite episodes. Buddy's dad really stepped up for Buddy and his wife. What a good man! a very difficult case.

The fact this cat had cancer was the main problem. Especially if there was no bond, it probably misunderstood the owners intention. There must have been so much frustration going through it's head.

Why would they take in a feral cat and continue to allow it outside?
