I have to say the first's game low quality audio made some sounds feel more crispy. Raiden scream it's one of those, the Goro's voice are to me the most affected.

MK 11 screwed up. Deception and Armageddon were a step back but then they went back to the classic sound.

When it became 3d lost his touch. It needs to be high notes. Like a girly scream. That is how it sounds classic.

There was something about original mortal kombat that scared you to the core.

I remember the first time I went to the movie theatre and the mortal Kombat game was there… it gave me chills the close to live action game vs cgi made you feel as if you were scared to lose and die in the game. The sounds and voices were darker and scarier..

I wish the MK Franchise would go back to that style and focus less on colourful unrealistic CGI.
