In the last few days I have received feedback from subscribers who are unable to find the JBL COMPACT CONNNECT app in the play store, especially subscribers with devices that have been updated to Android 13.

To solve this problem, let's use a strategy! I warn you right away that there are risks, but in this particular case, you don't have to worry because I tested it and it passed. Our strategy consists of downloading the application outside the play store, that is, using an apk file on a website.

To do this, you first need to access the website that appears here in the video description.

Then click on download app. Now, locate the downloaded file on your smartphone. In my case, I go to the file manager and find the downloaded file in the recent tab.

Now comes a very important step: by default, your smartphone has a restriction on installing applications outside the Play Store. Thus, it is necessary to authorize this installation. When you install the application, a message will appear preventing its installation immediately, but you just have to follow the guidance to go to your device's settings, thus allowing the installation. I won't show it here because each manufacturer organizes its interface differently, so just follow the steps of your smartphone.

Once this permission is given, you will be able to install the application.
