MP7 now is more cheaper in blackmarket. its cost around +70K and already got nice attachment(mp7 from airdrop ).
but yes for fully automatic assault riffle AKS-74U is the best choice. its not the cheapest(ak-103 is the cheapest one and the lowest recoil gun in this game if have a nice attachment)

Why do people not use stock on the aks? What's the advantage?
