I wantet always to no how fast it can fly in kilometers per hour

One thing I found, (the hard way) is that you cannot switch cameras on the fly, You have to stop recording, switch cameras and start recording again, I thought I had switched cameras but what I did was invoked zoom which degraded my footage terribly. But you live and learn 🙄

The one thing that sucks about the RC-2 controller is not being able to swap the ascend/descend controls. I am so used to “pulling back” on my Air2s to ascend that I’ve almost crashed several times flying the Air 3. I hope they update that otherwise it’s a great drone.

Waiting for my Air 3 with RC2 flymore combo to arrive. Coming from a Mavic 3 Classic, the Mavic 3 sucks at sunset or closer to night it doesn't care for low light at all.

Going from a Mavic 2 pro for video work, would the DJI air 3 be an upgrade? I love the new focal lengths but don't like the fixed aperture but i know i'll be using filters so that's ok. I'm more concerned if i'll see image loss over video and photos when compared to the mavic 2 pro.

I have a doubt about the Air 3. 4K/60fps HDR. Is this function automatic? Because on the mini 3 pro it clearly says HDR if you record in 24-30 fps. But with the Air 3 no such visible option is available. I just got my Air 3 yesterday. So does it record HDR automatic? Or do I need to change anything?

What really gets me, is why they didn’t include O4 transmission on the Mavic 3 Pro. The Pro, especially the Cine edition, is upwards of 5 thousand dollars. And they still are running O3 transmission. You could say O4 wasn’t out yet, and was still in the research and development stage, but still. The mavic pro series isn’t even that old yet. And yet, the air 3 has the more superior transmission performance, and is way cheaper. I know some of you all don’t care about that, as the O3 system is fine, but still. Really sucks to have spent all that money, and the transmission system is already outdated on the pro series.

Brilliant! Subscribed and Liked. Yesterday I bought the DJI Bundle Fly More (DJI RC 2) I had to go to three outlets by taxi to get one. Where can I find basic operating instructions? (I've followed the set-up, connected the controller to the internet, linked the controller to the drone, and registered the product).

Excellent presentation, mine arrives today via Amazon, but "big but", need to a get a minimum 100w power supply which should charge a battery* in about 1 hour, so I purchased an Anker 737 from Amazon rated at 120w as neither the DJI recommended 65w & 100w power supplies are available from the DJI shop or anywhere else apart from fleabay?
* Not found any information on how long it will take to charge all three batteries when installed in the hub and of interest when charged in the drone DJI says the power is limited to 65w and therefore expect an 80 minute charge time.

How loud is the Air 3 compared to the mini 3 pro?

Does the DJI RC 2 have the ability to mirror to an alternative screen either by HDMI or via an App?

This was my main reason for purchasing the expensive RC Pro which I can no longer use with the Air 3. 😥

I’ve not read all the comments Darren but my question is about waypoints. Is this only done through the controller on-site or is there the choice of making the waypoints at home then flying once you get there?

Good video...except one small error. RC-N2 comes with the $1349 combo, not the old RC-N1 you have listed. Do you think it's worth the extra $200 for the RC2 over the RC-N2? I have a Tripltek 8 Pro I use with my Air 2S. Which in your opinion would be the better deal? What are the advantages of the RC2 over the Tripltek / RC-N2 combo? My biggest concern is the 700 nits vs the 1200 nits of the Tripltek. I feel it might be difficult to see what's on the screen with the RC2 in bright sunlight. Finding shade may not always be an option.

It is interesting that people are saying the controller signal connection is better with this 5GHz setup. If you read up on the Wifi signal strength, distance of transmission, and what inference you can expect, the 2.4GHz Wifi is actually better over distance, and with physical obstructions, like tall buildings, walls and trees etc. This is why you may well find that when installing a wifi network in a large office block and you want it to work across offices, you will most likely be told to go with 2.4GHz routers. 5GHz is really quick data speed, better than 2.4GHz, but it is more susceptible to the things mentioned before so you would need more routers around the building if you want 5GHz networking. Of course there are likely to be less 5GHz signals around in the open, which may account for why there is less interference when out and about with it. Other 2.4GHz networks can potentially interfere, and there are simply more of them.

Mate your videos are brilliant, i have a mini pro 3 just because of the ease of the laws surrounding drone, please can you tell me or do a video in simple terms of what a c1 drone and a2 licence actually means because i cant get my head around it lol

I have the og mavic pro I still love my Mavic but I've ordered the Air 3 I'm super excited.

My only doubt to buy it is the fact that it has fixed aperture and the use of ND filters is needed in bright daylight and that is something i not familiar with. So my question is : What ND filter combined with what shutter speed would be suit best in daylight on this Air 3 ?

Active track with DJI controllers is a pain in the rear. I find it completely useless. I can't use it when riding my mountain bike. Look into Skydio. Also antennas are not gonna help much when your drone is behind a hill or larger building. Googles Integra has antennas and I see no difference as compared to DJI RC. You are talking it up to fulfill contract with DJI.

It is awesome! But definitely not worth upgrading from my Air 2s with new RC controller, it’s amazing and I think I can literally skip 2 generations more, it shoots amazing 4K 60 videos, has 1 inch sensor, accessories are super cheap, I’m very happy with it

Hi mate..new to your channel..very interested in this drone but could you clarify the C1 rule in the Uk?..i currently have a mini two that i love with the operating ID..I've also got the Flyer ID test,but apparently on the comments thats not enough and you need to dig deep into the pocket to do another test?.cheers Col

Please compare with classic 3. I have been waiting to upgrade and am considering classic 3 or air 3. Price point is wide, but not huge.

You should have mentioned like Orginaldobo that the sensors are BSi and stacked as that makes difference in performance in low light

This air3 its actually mini 3 pro with second camera, thats all, if i would make choice between them, i clearly pick up mini 3 pro, becouse of weight and the price. The weirdest thing is, they didnt put bigger sensor at least 1" like in previous air 2S, 1/1.3 is actually step back

You might touch on this but with 70mm would this make good pano. On my air 2s it’s too wide and I would like to get more photos for higher res panos!
