Well I finally had to come here and vent my on going issues with Amazon.
Why do as things get better in one aspect, on the other end of the spectrum
things just continue to get worse. I have not received a significant amount of packages
and I can’t even get a direct line to customer service for some unknown reason. I have
lost money by not even following up on this crap because Amazon is not making
it easy for some unknown reason. As of today I am still waiting on 3 packages 📦
that I have not received, ordered on the 6/30/23. Was supposed to be here on
7/2/23. Today is 7/3/23. 3 packages combined too. I also suspect I might have
a neighborhood thief as well. This is getting ridiculous. I’m starting to get worried
about ordering anything from Amazon in the future. Never been this bad until now.

I was expecting two packages What really crazy is that they posted pictures showing 2 packages stock together but I only saw 1 in the mail room and this made believe someone at my apartment stole my package and I got red hot. I called and they said that package is still in transit and will be delivered the next day. They get away with marking stuff as delivered when it wasn't. If I was to do something like this at my place of work, Ill be fired for falsifying document.

I got a full refund for a printer I ordered. The message on my account showed left with a resident but did not state which resident I went round and asked everyone they all said no parcel was left with them. I'm just glad I got my money back

USPS lost my package 2 weeks ago, when I contacted them they said “we delivered your package” and they pretty much said I tried to scam them for some stupid reason, I contacted Amazon and they issued me a refund im very happy with them because they actually understood my problem and solve it. This usps fuckers lost my package and never offered me a solution, be very careful with this usps delivery service they are sh*t!

Amazon delivered the package (~$15) to the wrong house, I know because they sent me a front porch picture which isn't my house. They said they don't go by the picture and refuse to give me a refund nor a replacement. I called multiple times, and they either hung up on me or repeat the same message saying, "I have already provided you with the correct decision base on our policy, is there anything that I can assist you, if not that I will have to disconnect this call.". I have tried using BBB, and it only gave me the same phone # and went through the whole ridiculous process over and over again. We have raised a monster.

It appears your review had feedback on the seller. Yes it did, they didn't deliver product. But somehow Amazon figures it my fault and how dare you challenge our suppliers

Hi guys I know I'm 1 year later but I just saw your video now and I'm never buying anything from amazon again unfortunately my parcel was meant to come today first they attempted to deliver but they didn't then at 10:26pm they told me my parcel was delivered and handed to me at my address which I did not receive at all they didn't even knock on my door so I went to check outside my apartment nothing and I tried contacting customer service but they are useless so I informed the seller but again this is wrong for amazon doing this to the customers

Had multiple orders not get delivered and filed a chargeback. Visa wants to side with amazon and screw me out of over a grand. Ups and FedEx deliver fine but not amazon.

If you ask for a supervisor, you can actually receive $20 for the inconvenience.
