Tried to get this to work a couple times but unfortunately I couldn't.
Maybe Arms Against Tyranny somehow made this no longer viable, or maybe I'm just not smart enough to get it to work.

Tried this with the port in Vlöre, Albania and managed to cause 200k+ casualties on the Italians. The port ended up being naval-invaded by the Brits and the Italians never took it back.

Man I donno if it’s because I don’t own by blood alone but I tried to do this method twice and every time Italy places nine divisions in Zara and twenty something at the Slovenia border so I can’t beat them.

Your suggestion to fix ai wont work because then all islands will be forever unguarded so US and japan AI collapses and also produces cycle where AI will naval invade and then immediatly abandon the invasion

This strat is great for getting 'By Merit Alone' + 'Sun Tzu Reborn' in one run as any China. Just declare on the UK and kill the encircled units in Hong Kong repeatedly. To make it go faster, I also went in on Macau bringing Portugal into the Allies to have another one tile port to grind on.
