How can i rotate it 90° for vertical photos

It's kinda immersion breaking when you have to pause to take badass shots during gunfights, it's not like Rockstar editor where you film the clip and edit it afterwards.

In terms of using free cam, the game says it's only available in certain situations. What are those "certain situations" because I only found that I can use it only in free roam and and when interacting with a npc?

I play on medium graphics. So if I want the pictures to be top quality, do I always have to switch the quality to the highest and then back on medium...?

Photo mode is currently out on PS4
To access it just pose the game and press the touch pad
As well as the other story content was added such as the M1899
For Xbox we will have it on January 21st

How do you use photo mode online? I tried F6 and it did not ring it up. I've also looked through the menu but have not found it.

The problem with photo mode is no 4k support...i didn't try it yet, but if photo mode can turn off all HUD then i rather use Reshade to capture in 4k png and be done with that picture encrypting nonsense as well

Hope they add this to console considering the PC players get photomode months after its been released and I paid for the Ultimate edition of rdr2 before it came out and didn't get photomode.

Edit: if ps5 doesn't have a thing where you can play ps4 games on it I'm going to be mad because I don't want to pay for all that shit again smh.

Big tip that seems to be missed here is that if you press F6 on keyboard you go straight into photo mode without having to pause first. You can then use controller to control the camera if you wish to do so. You can then just ready finger over F6, press ESC to resume gameplay then hit F6 quickly to get a different point in time just a second later if needed.
