Great. I used to make transparency by rendering out with a green screen background. And once import the video, use green key to remove the green background.

Since these export settings offer RGBA support, then theoretically, if you had feathering around the birdhouse, it would be preserved in the final output?

Interesting you showed the Quicktime and QT way of doing transparency.
I find most use WebM with WebM.
If I remember right, Quicktime has larger file sizes compared to WebM but also uses less CPU when playing in programs like OBS.
It's been a while since I last tested it but I think that was right. Now I feel like testing it again lol

I use thins method, but would be nice if instead of audio settings there were info about QuickTime video settings. MOV format cause huge video files.

When I Import these onto AE they often get glitches, has anyone run into this issue?

The solution I found is closing and opening AE and reloading the footage, but I'd prefer not to do that

In an older video you did, on the planet Saturn, I was able to bake the material for the planet, I was able to bake a normal map for the ring, however I wasn't able to bake a base colour for the ring, as it would come out black, no matter which bake type setting I used?
