My text box insert isn’t working

HELP! I'm trying to insert the skills table. Each time I do, it causes a page break automatically and pushes the rest of the page's text onto the next page in docs. How do I prevent or fix this so it looks like your format? Why is docs automatically inserting a page or section break after the table? thanks in advance! I'm trying to work on this right now, but this issue is frustrating :(
