You are such an amazing woman Imogene! This is so informative. I had to have a c-section because my pelvis is tilted to the point child birth is impossible. Just like natural birth the after care of a c-section still isn’t addressed enough. Women’s care in general still has stigma surrounding it which is ridiculous especially here in the U.S. You are an inspiration to your beautiful daughters and so many of us. Thankyou so much for sharing your pelvic floor check up and spreading awareness on the topic. 50% of women will have a prolapse after childbirth but less than 20% will seek help. Prolapse and pelvic floor dysfunction is not spoken about enough. Ladies if you have any concerns or discomfort please seek help 🤍

Wow thank you for this I was literally doing it along with you! I suffer with endometriosis and find sex so painful and it's so true once its painful you get even more scared to partake in it and can't relax so makes pain even worse! Xx

It’s so interesting and I wish I’d had something like this. My babies are 16 and 13 and I really feel let down with the aftercare. My core and pelvic floor are useless sad😢

Been putting off my smear since I turned 25 last year even though I see everyone normalising it and they see it 100’s of times something about it gives me anxiety but this has made me want to book in. You’re amazing Imogen ❤x
