WordPress.com vs. Self Hosted WordPress - Get Started with Self Hosted WordPress

Okay, this is the second video that I have found claiming to self-host WordPress. You are not self-hosting WordPress. Self-hosting means relying on your own hardware that is running the software not outsourcing it to a cloud provider to host your website. Fix your title please. I have a server that I run and a domain name but I want to run it on my own hardware in-house not outsource it to somebody else.

This is not about Self Hosted WordPress. It's about hosting on other services.

Is there a difference between the servers on Cloudways? Do you have a preferred server?
