So i have a question: I want to start programming with an efficient programming language for a desktop application. I wanted to ask if c++ or rust is better?

So was it really stupid to have started making a game with Python? I know there's Pygame, but it seems like my Python professor was off his rocker when he had us use camelCase for Python (which isn't Python standard) and do a game for our final project.

You must hate Java if you dont put it in the top 10... It was the most common language until python came up few years ago and it is a very fast and universal language

C# should really be listed with Go and Rust. The Dotnet core framework offers the best API option atm.
