What should I cover in my next video??? :)
ОтветитьThat was really useful...
I am just trying to get into Clip Studio Art and I always want to know a reason for any advice
Just interested to know why you have a blank layer below and above Sketch
Here's an idea. How about DEMONSTRATING HOW TO COMBINE TWO PICTURES?
ОтветитьI don’t have the layers next to my screen how do I get them? I have literally pressed every button :’)
Ответитьi was thinking about this so much earlier today
ОтветитьFor some reason now when I draw on a layer under another it it still draws over, any tips?
Ответитьthis is so helpfull, thxu so much
ОтветитьAs above so below!
ОтветитьThanks, you are much better at explaining this than most people.
Ответитьa wonderful explanation. thank you for this amazing video. very helpful.
ОтветитьHELP! I have a question and need guidance. I am new to Clip Studio Paint. The problem I am running into is that the edges of my painted areas (using oil paint setting and brush) look rough and are not smooth. They appear pixelated, or canvas textured more than I would like. I usually have to go over these areas after the fact and painstakingly to try to remove these artifacts by brushing over them again and again. The blur feature does not get rid of this issue, neither does reduce noise. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong? Most people seem to have such smooth paintings. I am painting portraits, btw. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
ОтветитьThis helped alot. Coloring on a seperate layer is really smart. i never even considered that. I would usually create a new layer for example called "hair" and color my hair in. But sometimes i would run into issues and maybe a line got erased here or there. but having the color on a seperate layer makes sense. But, that makes me question if the magic wand would still work? like how would it know to select the lines i drew for the hair for example? Thank you!! :)
ОтветитьIt does helped me alot and I also wanted to know hall process how you stroke or use brushes while doing paint.
ОтветитьOmg u actually made it look less complicated and weird
ОтветитьGreat video I think this is super helpful 🥰
ОтветитьAlways do the line art in a vector layer for Clip Studio Paint, and you can always change your flats by sliding the hue and saturation, do shadows and highlights reflected light with a hard light filter and area selections which will naturally shift the hue of any color you put it over instead of having to do a lot of guesswork and deleting or undoing and redoing.
ОтветитьExcellent tutorial. I was waiting for a tutorial like this. Can you do more tutorials about the different techniques using alpha lock and the other clip layers?
Ответитьclipstudio is so stressful I can’t even select layers like iN PS
ОтветитьHow do you add the Above and Below layers? I want to use that technique for my future paintings
Ответитьhi Eric, how to do "photoshop ctrl+j" (copy selected to new layer), ini Clip Studio? thx
ОтветитьI'm a newbie and i was struggling a lot to find a proper tutorial and other channels just upload a tutorial about their work neglecting totally how they are using this particular feature. Thanks a ton for this!
ОтветитьWow i learned so much, thank you so much!
ОтветитьAs soon as I create a new layer I can't draw anymore for it seems to be blocked, nothing works. Really frustrating...
ОтветитьSoo beautifully explained. No wonder it tops the video list in YT.
Great work brother. Really learnt a lot; and hoping to learn a lot more.
Josh
thank you ...great advice
ОтветитьGreat video it helped a bunch thank you so much
ОтветитьIs he talking about the foil layer in the video? I'm too lazy to watch it all 😅
Ответитьi know this is a year old but i seriously cannot open the layer panel on the right side, such a simple thing but i cannot figure it out! could anyone please explain how to open the layer menu on the right hand side?
ОтветитьYou told us what to do but not how to do it..
ОтветитьFinally i understand
ОтветитьIt only says reference layer and draft layer so which one to work on?
ОтветитьI'm a traditional artist and I recently got into digital art. I'm really new to digital art this is a really great technique that I'm going to try out. Thank you so much for this video I was a bit lost at first.
ОтветитьHi!
I know this is kinda dumb, but I'm new to Clip studio and I did background sketch in the first layer, then I added a new layer to color it. When i erase the color that is ON the sketch, even the sketch is erasing,,,, how do i change that
This is just you presenting your picture. You're not really explaining anything but the primary stuffs.
ОтветитьThanks! This really helped!
Ответитьyou didn't explain what each layer does
at all
Besides the useful information about the program it´s also useful to know how others use layers... I have this bad habit of making the less layers along the way. It makes me feel anxious having so much layers specially if they are not in folders.
I guess it´s normal coming from traditional.
I really like the clipping thing but I still don't get it!!!! I've searching since I got my tablet and I still haven't haven't something that helps. Can anyone thoroughly explain or suggest a video or something plss.
ОтветитьWell its cool that you tell me how to paint on layers but i still dont know how i create the layers right
ОтветитьThank u so much
ОтветитьI like how you are woke, and used an ethnic person as example instead of typical Caucasian.
ОтветитьIs anyone using clip studio paint on an Ipad/... and could tell, how to move layers there? Because it just does not work with dragging there for me
ОтветитьI just want to say a HUGE thank you for these videos. I just got started with this amazing painting programme and I have 0 idea on how this works. Your tutorials are awesome and the way you explain things is just so straight to the point and clear that I understand everything straight away. Thank you man, you rock!!.
Ответитьcan someone tell me how to open the layer palette
ОтветитьSo usefull 🙏
Ответитьbro, you should try teaching in Skillshare I'll definitely watch your every video.
ОтветитьLoba? 😜
ОтветитьI'm brand new to to Clip Studio Paint and digital painting in general. This is VERY helpful!
Ответитьjust started doodling with digital media and this videos helps a ton. love how the layers act like cells on a light board!
