Thank you, I had this issue for months, and wasn't sure if the encoder part was even servicable like this. Managed to somewhat fix my problem (not 100% percent) but it's much much better now.

tips for Kailh mouse encoders ? they seem rigid and I can't seem to bend anything off

In my case, I also had to bend a little outwards those 3 tiny arms of the spring wheel, because probably they were not touching the terminal base.

Thank you for this, i disassemble my mouse and i saw 3 cockroaches 🤦🏻and some webs, i cleaned the encoder as u said, and assembled it. Thankfully the scroll bug is gone😌
