New discovery. https://www.adamsmagnetic.com/sites/default/files/AM_whitepaper_gluing_RE_magnets.pdf Please read this link to learn a bit more about my theory that Logitech may have had a miscalculation about the adhesive used for the somarium cobalt magnet supplied with the units. It is also possible that the magnet could be weak and that the newer Logitech models have better quality magnets with a different adhesive for better reliability and accuracy. I know now how this system works extremely well. It could even be the fact that the plastic guard over the magnet is not properly insulating the magnet. All 3 of my g920 had strong magnets. I'm assuming that the motor it is connected to is interfering with the sensitive equipment behind it causing a loss of correct signal during operation. I now owna thrustmaster tx and have had no such issue.

This is a link to explain the different types of hall sensors.

This link will clear up many questions for you tech guys out there that are trying to figure this out or even if your just an enthusiast looking to just clean up your wheel Ann's learn a bit about it. I think this is imperative to know if you want to understand why and how the wheel can go off calibration. Its not from being too rough. It's clearly a sensor malfunction.
