ОтветитьOk so only thing I feel should be explained different is that muscles do NOT grow under stress. Your muscle fibers tear while lifting weights, micro rips. When you rest and eat a high protien like she said in the beginning that is when the muscle actually grows. When you are resting your body is using the protien from the food to rebuild the micro rips in your muscles to make them bigger. Which is why you have to progressively overload, your getting stronger and need something heavier to make those same micro rips.
