my one regret in life is that i was not alive for this performance/tour. this is probably one of my top three live performances, EVER. i wish dave wasn't like, about to die from a heroin overdose during it, but MAN whatever turmoil was going on backstage, they really did put it into their art because WOW.,

I’d die for a 4K remaster of this concert, after 101 got the treatment this really deserves to be next.

Hugely influential tour and art direction. This was pre U2´s Zoo TV. DM the first band to use the large multiple screen technique.

Alan Wilder - Martin Gore - Dave Gahan and Anton Corbijn one of the best powerful and creative driving forces we’ve ever witnessed. Long life to these 4 amazing characters.

This is Depeche on their top. Gahan getting nirvana, Gore making incredible songs, and the electronics so simple and spiritual. But most of all, what i love of this concert is Wilder playing drums. It´s a pianist but synthesizer man who gets to the drums and shows everyone a new mode of playing, and how it´s done. With Gore on guitar and this Depeche complited the formula that will follow till the end.

Dave war damals fix und fertig.
Ich war damals in Garbsen dabei.
Dave und lange Haare...geht gar nicht!
Trotzdem war das Konzert geil. Obwohl wir wussten, was mit Dave nicht stimmte.

I wish DM would keep giving shows with this level of quality: Stage, concept, sound design, backing tapes, storytelling, meaning. But a lot of that faded away when Alan left the band.

Just watched this again after so many years,what class,DG is the ultimate Rock God,DM always bring something different to the table and that folks is why they are the most successful Electronic band of all time 🌹🕺

By far their best album.
