Why can no one in these videos pronounce "Nougat" properly?

I can't make it work on my Elephone P8 Max. I can toggle on the split screen setting but I can't do it, it doesn't work and I think it's because the buttons are on the phone and not on the screen.
Can you guys help me, please? The split screen would really be helpful to me.
