ОтветитьI’m 52 and have been weight training “Gold’s Gym Style” for 39 years. I was stiff at 50 and decided to learn handstands and become a rubber man. I have a 20 minute routine I do every morning. Two years later, I can do the splits!

Day 1-Nice stretching feeling no difference tho
Day 2-No change
Day 3-Wow i noticed im abit more flexible
Day 4-Quite a big difference but alot more to go❤
Day 5-no change
I dont normally do this, but I’ve been wanting to do the splits for a while, and I need something to motivate me to keep coming back.
Day one: I’m not completely hopeless, but definitely wouldn’t call myself flexible. Hip stretches and lunges were hard but I did most of it relatively easily?
It's my first week and this was much needed after feeling so sore! 😅

Day 1 : Difficulty in all poses, felt the stretch
Day 2 : some poses felt hard but i felt more that i was doing the correct position felt alot of relief, no progress
i had started learning how to do spit in 2022 but left it after practicing for about 15 days and now m back at this challenge again nd this i wont leave without achieving it, for m leading with his guidance and determination this time, its 9/22/2023 , i'll get back to my comment on 01/01/2024 with my progress report . wish me luck guys 😊

But I want to keep stretching for my health.
I’m going to do this everyday because I just started ballet and I’m very embarrassed everyone can do the splits except for me 😂
Day 1: ✅ it was horrid I couldn’t even do half of the stretches, I am so stiff it’s not even funny. I have got to keep doing this!
Day 2: ❌ idk I just wasn’t feeling it
Day 3: ❌ if I want to get the splits I need to take this more seriously!

ОтветитьSo this is the video I end off with.. but let me just say I love your videos so much.. I start with my run come home and do one arms video, abs, then legs. If I don’t run I’ll do a full body video, arms, etc… I’ve been doing this for maybe 3 weeks now and I can already tell a difference in the look of my body and how I feel on the daily. I won’t stop now! Thank you for being such a inspiration to not only me but hopefully many out there who don’t like to be in the gym with others. To anyone who’s reading this comment keep pushing, keep trying and you WILL see results. Its NOT easy... it won’t always be easy, if it was everyone would do it. I tuck my tshirt into my pants so while trying to these stretches my tshirt doesn’t move around
Do These 3x a week
Do this video 2 times
If a stretch hurts continue doing it so u can master pain but if it hurts like a lot a just it so a position doesn’t hurt
