This was a beautiful practice. I recently lost the love of my life because I failed to listen to what she was trying to tell me, for nearly two years. She's a spiritual angel and I've never known a love or connection as deep as ours was. I spent tonight sending her love. I hope she recieved. I wish I was more present and self aware before now.

I just had a doubt..
What do u suggest.. Like am i supposed to send this energy individually to each person or i can do it together imagining both the parents? One at a time or both together?

Thank you so very much! I followed your wonderful words while sending love energy to our 46 year old daughter. She has a very blessed life however, for about a year I can tell there is something seriously wrong. It's as though the light has gone out in her eyes. We talk about stuff but she will not talk serious issues. Soooo . . . this meditation gives me a TOOL to hopefully help her. Now I can sleep better. Oh! by-the-way, I kept my hand on my heart area for 1/2 hr. The heat was so very warm & expansive & magical. from Kentucky 💓

This is powerful. I smiled and cried at the same time during this meditation. I send my love to my SP who I haven't heard from for a few days. While sending energy, I also told him to send me a message if you receive it and went to sleep. When I woke up in the morning, he had sent me the exact message I asked for after an hour I finished this meditation. It was unbelievable. Thanks to 5he creator of this meditation, thanks to universe, thank God for this experience. We are all far more powerful than we think ❤️❤️
