Hello, do you know if excel can plug into any advanced purchase order system for being the intermediary automatically between suppliers, my own business as it's branding of it, and the retailers and/or distributors?

Would this video or do you have another video that will explain how to set up auto updates in excel that connect with a register scan or what have you, whenever a specific item is bought at a register? Just so that someone doesn’t manually have to update or change the spreadsheet.
