The only gripe I have is that Nate should be more torn up and bloody. That was a huge misfire especially as its broad daylight. We can see he’s not getting as injured as he should be.

To kill a lion, a spear is the bare minimum weapon to be wielded. Swords and knives are too short ranged for the quick strikes of the lion

Personally I would have liked Idris to wear some kind of helmet, to justify a bit that the lion didn't bite his neck.

Another Hollywood bullshit. In nature a predator, having knocked down a prey, will not bite it's legs.

good scene. the lion is clearly domesticated by hollywood, cuz a real wild one would go for his throat first big time, not "kissing" his waist and legs. but very exciting indeed

That lion, even weakened as he was, would have killed the guy in seconds flat. People don't realize how savage and powerful a 500-pound male lion is. I've worked with them as a zookeeper and seen how ferocious they are up close. He would have crunched that guy's neck like a stick of celery.

Admit it, as soon as the lion brothers attacked the rogue, we ALL had that music where Simba fought Scar from "Lion King" playing in our heads.

Y’all are all talking about the average human and average lion, there are obviously humans out there that can contain or capture lions. And no I’m not talking about a fight with no resources, I mean in a random fight if the human so happened to have some type of weapon on them they would most likely put up a decent fight or kill the thing based on the weapon they were using.

After a very short time, we wanted the Lion to kill both daughters so we could watch the show without their annoying talking ! Normally kids steal the show and not ruin it !

This is just a movie, but in reality the claws would go so much deeper into the flesh and the bites would break every bone it touches, in this movie it looks like he fell off of his bike😂 But real life is way more brutal

I see a lot of people say that the fight should've ended in WAY sooner, do they also not acknowledge the fact that the lion fell off a cliff, and got torched in a car fire prior to this fight. Like yeah Mike Tyson can knock you out full stop but he'll have a hard time doing so if he fell off a great height and also lit on fire. Either way the lion is in a VERY injured state and would struggle to take down Idris here.

Lol a movie from 1996 used real lions and is one of the best movies in my opinion ever made then we have movies in 22 using awful CGI.....aren't we supposed to be going forward not backwards?

Did anyone notice that 2 of the lionesses of the pride are missing. In the beginning when martin was showing the pride there were six female lion but near the end there is only 4, any ideas on what happen to them
