Ответить🌟 Awesome explanation! 👌🏻 seen several videos and was kind of confused, but I now understand the process completely. 💡!😉 and I assure you dear Denzel I’ll be putting my numbers together this next days (debt/inc/exp. Etc.) be contacting you with much hope for my way to success and financial freedom. 🙌🏻Amén.
Thank you for explaining so calmly and straight to the point. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I was able to… “absorb it” 😬
God bless you. ✨
thanks ,first time
ОтветитьThis was the video that got my interest started. I learned so much. Thank you 🎉
ОтветитьSo the best case scenario would be if you just set up all your bill paying, groceries ect either the day before or the day after you make all these payments and transfers? I live far from town so I usually only run errands 1-2 days per month anyway. Then I wouldn't end up paying more than 1 days worth of interest correct?
ОтветитьVery helpful! Well explained
ОтветитьBorrowing money at 13% to pay toward debt that’s at 5%…..is GODDAM NUTS!!!!
ОтветитьYou are amazing!
ОтветитьYou're so good at explaining thing, fire video
Ответитьthe problem with my line of credit,it takes too long for the money to be available, and to go in,between the payment time and the time it takes to be available again takes days ,sometimes i week or more ,so it makes it very hard to take money in and out fast enough
ОтветитьEnligthening in managing debts translating it to some investment.
ОтветитьLike you know you're just a kid, and your not black.
ОтветитьGreat stuff Denzel!
ОтветитьRespect ! That’s all they can say with a big thank you. Stay blessed
ОтветитьAfter 7 months, the difference in the principal between applying $1,000 a month or a one time payment of $7,000, is $88.72. Then there is the interest for 6 months on the LOC while it is being paid off with the $1,000 Cashflow.
ОтветитьNow do one where you get paid weekly but your mortgage pmt is bi-weekly. Can you do your whiteboard drawing to show?
ОтветитьThis is awesome 😎
ОтветитьCan't loose your income
ОтветитьHi Denzel! Little by little I'm getting the concept I am however a little confused when it comes to cash flow, am I paying interest on the cash flow whenever I need it?
ОтветитьThank you so much.
ОтветитьTell me about it. 1200 dlls child support for 25 years and counting. Keep your chin up🙏🏽
ОтветитьThank you so much!!! It was so informative and helpful 😊 👍👍👍
ОтветитьThis young man is saving my life I’m so embarrassed not understanding that having him explain helps me save face 😅

ОтветитьI'm 64 years old. Is whole life policy gonna work for me.
Ответить🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
ОтветитьHey Denzel, I Messed up and maxed out my 20,000 line of credit with a 11% interest. Can you help me please🙏🏽
ОтветитьThe more i watch your videos the more i keep learning. Thank you!
ОтветитьHi Denzel, really like your videos! You always start with the 4 numbers, how about Savings?? How does the picture change if this person has a lot of cash in hand? Should Savings play a role in this or Savings should go to the IBC policy? Thanks!
ОтветитьCommenting for the algorithm
ОтветитьHi, Thank you for all the videos!!!So the money has to come out of the LOC to the checking account?> I thought I could switch the account information on my debt so that it was automatically taken out of the LOC. Am I wrong? I have to go back and change those accounts then. I am just starting so nothing has pulled
ОтветитьComparing a 1 month $1000 payment to $7000 chunk is misleading! 7 months of $1000 principle only payments equal a $7000 chunk! I amortized 20 yrs with your numbers. After 7 months less than $100 difference in favor of chunking but negated by $2.49 a day or $522 in interest over 7 months for a chunk!
ОтветитьThis is my new favorite channel!!
We are building Kingdoms!!! Thy will be done, on earth. As it is in Heaven!! Let’s go Denzel!
You are funny dude, you are comparing to the complete different things. 1st method 5K THEN you increased it to 7K. HHHHHH funny
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьSomebody recommended me watch your videos. I’m in desperate need of help. I'm not familiar with LOC. I have a debt of 17k. I want to pay for it using wise methods that I don't have to pay so much interest in.
ОтветитьThank you Denzel for this video!! It's really well explained! Thank you
Ответитьsuper exciting !!!!!
ОтветитьMan you are a really great teacher. This expample made me comfortable to get started with a line of credit to be debt free ! God Bless You :)
ОтветитьThank you so much for this video. I do have a question… In the beginning when you’re talking about making the extra payment you mean paying the extra payment towards the principal, correct?
ОтветитьI love everything about this video: your voice modulation, the strategies of using the LOC, the illustration and figures in the white board., very well explained! Excellent.
ОтветитьGreat work, I'm on that path now.
ОтветитьAnother great video Denzel, question do you recommend paying off, car, student loan or mortgage first?
ОтветитьI’ve got a loc and cc with my bank, who get my total income first?
ОтветитьIf I only have a LOC for $2000. Can I dump my paycheck In it?
ОтветитьGenius Responsible Intelligence
Ответить"Do you know how unAmerican that is?!?!" 😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьLol, not all lines of credit are the same. Interest rates can be calculated differently.
