New Titling Effects and Tools in CyberLink PowerDirector 21 Ultimate

I like the sound bubble effect....I never would of found this , without a video tutuorial.
I am still looking for a text effect that shoots like an arrow from left to right ...and hits a bulls eye target...

Does PD 21 use LUTS, and does it have video scopes? Thanks

Hello Mr. Stave. Is that software life time licensed or I should pay per mo. I’m just editing my company educational videos. And just adding some effects and doing mostly cutting and marge. So i dont looking for extremely professional software and want to use long time one license. Do you recement this software for me?

I just realized my question from 7 should have been asked here. Sorry about that:
Just watching your series. I have bought PDR21. I last used PDR15. I went to the title room and wanted to import my old titles, but the import option does not recognize any thing other than DZT Files or DZ3DT Files. Always I have been able to just import them , they are .clt files. How do I import them into PDR21? Cheers for the help.
