Will the factory reset reset like my auto brightness and my locking and everything on the whole car? Or just clear Bluetooth data and stuff?

So my CarPlay has a problem where my the location of my car is inaccurate. Carplay thinks my car is 300 yards away from where it actually is. You can imagine what this does to the directions it gives, based upon this inaccurate location. This happened with the rental car I had, as well as my new 2022 Toyota Tacoma

2021 accord touring requires a code to do this. My car has navigation.
