ОтветитьUmm… contortionist & ballet dancer here (who taught Pilates for over a decade & coaches flexibility) proper alignment is super important an can help you get (actually nice, square, usable) splits, avoid injuries etc. I know a lot of ppl just want to touch the floor but doing things right will take you farther safer & more comfortably 😊 also my Mongolian contortion coach told me once: you have to work splits every day, maybe one day off 😉 it’s good & important hip mobility & stability work
