How to manage non healing Fissures?

Any men out there who's facing issues such as erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation alongside chronic long term recurring anal fissure? Or is it just me;)

I suffered with anal fissure for several years. I had to even quit my job. I tried several medicines and exercises. One day it occured to me that if i can get rid of my constipation, it'll improve my fissure situation. Instead of treating the fissure, I should treat its cause.... constipation. But i was not comfortable with stool softener medicines (both OTC and prescription meds). I was afraid of taking it long term. So i started taking ayurvedic anti-constipation powder and since 2 years i hv absolutely zero fissure. No nightmares and sleepless night.

I am taking baidyanath kabzhar (anti-constipation) powder every night.... 2 spoonful with water at bedtime. Its neither addictive nor does it lose its power over time and its absolutely safe as its 100% herbal.

Mam is anal dialation is possible without any surgery because after piles operation my anal area become small,mam please help🙏

I have radiation dermatitis which are the side effects of radiation and suffer with fistulas and piles but not due to constipation but diarrhea. After LIS not healing what to do now

I have a chronic fissure, I'm going on year 5. My doctor scared me with the LIS surgery, telling me that I was going to be in severe pain for up to 6 weeks, and that even pain medication won't help. I'm terrified! I have survived this long by changing my diet, exercising and taking Lactulose. I still feel pain when I go, but it is minimal and doesn't last the entire day. However, it does reoccur about twice a year. It is not pleasant.

I want to tell my side of story on how I got out of the pain from fissures; I was getting blood in my stool and a physician told me I had piles. I was using homeo medicine for piles for a brief amount of time and it seemed like bleeding stopped but my food habits were bad. Suddenly one day, these symptoms start again. Now, I watch videos, etc., to get temporary relief, but still I eat as I please and eat junk food. And the next time I got it, it didn't go at all. Ointment won't work, ayurvedic medicines won't work, nor homeo medicine. I bleeded everyday, had been in a lot of pain. Went through lot of comments in videos to confirm if the suggestions in the video works or not, etc.,
Now to the main story..
Now I go to a piles clinic where you see it in any normal town, researched that it's the best in our town, went there and paid 17k to him. What he told my problem was, shocked me. I had fissures all along, not Piles. Used wrong medicines, etc., Now that guy used to put some medical cream and it heals temporarily after 10 days, and it come backs again. Now when I asked him for the reason, he told me that there's some extra skin that has grown there and is constricting my poop to come out freely. So, if I eat meat much, or eat pizza etc., I'm dead. So, I reduced eating those for a while. He suggested that I go through a small surgery wherein he'll cut off the extra skin, to make space for poop to come out freely. Due to Covid, I had time to go through this thing. I was unable to poop for 3 days after surgery. Slowly I healed and now I'm a happy man. It does happen very rarely, when I go out of control on meat, but I'm fine. I'm glad that I went through that surgery. So, my fellow reader, if you are reading this, I know what you are going through. What you have to do is follow the things that Manthena sir is saying and you will get well in a week. Then go to the piles clinic and see the patient inflow and take reviews from them and know what's wrong with you and fix it. I have lived 6 years with this thing and I was a hosteler. I didn't know squat about this. I just want to give a heads up to the person, who comes here to read something positive. I know for sure that people in next gen suffer from this alot. If we make changes in our lives early, we can avoid this.
And one final thing, if you are a parent and you have a kid, make sure when he says he saw blood in his poop, take him to a goddamn doctor. Just because you put your kids in hostel doesn't mean he will be fine. He maybe be going through a lot. Talk to them and sort it out.
And I'm not going to reply any one. If you have any results by following what I wrote, you can comment that. And for people who ask where I got treatment and shit, Get the hell up and get yourself a treatment. If you felt disgusting anywhere, that's your problem.

1. Praying.
2. Watery stool. Use osmotic laxative such as forlax as it can make your stool a bit watery. Dissolve one sachet in 50ml of water, drink in the morning and before bed. Two sachet per day. Drink 15-25ml of duphalac before bed too (only at night).
3. Liquid diet for 36-48 hours. No food. Just water. Any drinks.
4. The day after liquid diet, drink apple+orange+salad smoothies and green juice at night (celery+cucumber+green apple+spinach+salad) for four days. Add on probiotics drinks or eat yogurt. Avoid cow’s milk. Day 6 try to chew your meal. Dont eat too much. Drink lotsssssss of warm water as it can help in digestion. 4liter per day.
5. Eat high fiber diet. Avoid red meat, white rice, potatoes or anything that can make your stool hard for at least a month. Can add to your diet little by little when you feel you are ok to try to have normal size of stool like before. If after you eat much, your fissure reoccure, repeat liquid diet. The next day after liquid diet you will be ok again with the watery stool. Maintain watery stool until you recover.
6. GTN such as Rectogesic or diltiazem hydrochloride 2% such as Cremagel.
7. Apply after each time you have your bowel movement or 3 times (GTN) or 4 times (diltiazem hydrochloride 2%) per day. Before bed is a must.
8. Repeat number 1, keep praying.

I am of 17 I have fissure from last 3 -4 month I feel itching and servere burns after motion
How can we cure it in 2 -3 week. At home please kindly suggest me

It's very annoying. I use a magnesium citrate powder every day. It has helped a LOT! And make sure to drink lots of water and eat plenty of fiber rich foods. When I make sure to stay on top of these things my problem goes away.
